hm..lately I've been gettin a lot of pressure to go work over in Japan. Primarily from my friends in HK/Japan... saying that I am too young to be satisfied with this "teachers' life"...what the heck. whats wrong with teaching/performing music for the rest of my life? and if i went over to Japan how would that be different? I'd be teaching english which i have no experience doing.  And when i come home? i'll have to start from scratch and start building my student base/rep again. fart. too many things to think about.

Oh ya, and it would also suck for my new roommate.  Cause i cant' be paying rent and be living somewhere else :P

newest judoka member of Nakashima Dojo...

Starting back on my weight-training regime.  Gonna do things a bit different this time. Most of my work-outs will be guided toward helping with my martial-arts training that I have received and will receive in the future.  So far I've had some private boxing lessons with Paul Hatano, a well-known martial-artist and personal trainer in Canada.      Although I almost puked and collapsed a few times during the cardio sessions (and I was a  long distance runner in high schooL fart ) I've learned so much in so little time.  Most of the lesson was focusing on form and technique which is really rare to see these days in dojos. Anyway, my workouts will consist of mostly compound movements..working with freeweights as well as bodyweight exercises.  Working on explosive strength and cardio will also need to be done. Of course, I'll have to change my diet again in order to gain back some lost mass.
I may be joining Sun and Josh at Gibsons Kickboxing later on in the year as this is the only class that offers morning/afternoon classes around where I live.   If I had a choice, i'd rather do judo instead as my family has more background in that than other forms.

Oh, and by the way congrats to my sis as she recently was married to her boyfriend of  1 year and a little bit.  She seems happy and just got back from  Paris for her honeymoon.  Sorry no pics, I was hella busy that day and forgot my camera lol.

hey check out my cousin! she's hilarious
